What's the purpose of the test?
A:
The purpose is to assess your strengths across a multitude of important variables important to a successful coaching career. The questions correspond to what we might ask you if we could sit down with you for a detailed session to help steer you towards success.

What kind of coaches is this for?
A:
Our organization serves business, personal, life, and executive coaches. (Personal includes life coaches, spiritual coaches, etc. Business refers to small business coaches. Executive refers to leadership coaches)

How was this site developed?
A:
This site was developed by retrospectively analyzing dozens of coaches and consultants who had been supervised by the founders, and comparing and contrasting their success, sense of fulfillment, and long-term sticking power in the industry

Do you provide a certification program for coaches?
A:
We do provide a certificate upon completion of our core professional coach training program, provided you've attended 75% of the sessions, done 75% of the assignments, agreed to our Code of Professional Coach Ethics, and passed our final exam.

Is certification legally required to practice as a coach?
A:
Although we are not attorneys and you must consult one of your own to obtain an accurate answer to this question, to the best of our knowledge certification is NOT legally required to practice as a professional coach. However, most countries and states DO have laws which require you to prove competence in whatever service you provide to the public. Our core professional coach training program is designed to help provide this competence.

How long does it take to earn a certificate as a professional coach through your organization
A:
Our core professional coach training program is delivered in a live, supervised environment over the course of 12 weekly meetings. Because we do not meet on Holidays, and because one must allow time to complete the final exam, we suggest people plan for 16 weeks before obtaining their certificate.

What if the results don't seem accurate?
A:
Although it's possible our test did not accurately capture your strengths and weaknesses, the more common reason for this outcome is taking the test too quickly, without enough consideration given to each response.

What services do you offer related to the test outcome?
A:
We provide a host of coaching services and a core professional coach training, live training events, and in-person workshops, which contain customized advice related to your personal strengths and weaknesses.

May I have a copy of the scoring criteria for the test?
A:
Our apologies, but due to competitive concerns we have have chosen to keep the algorithms used to compute the test scores proprietary, and therefore do not reveal them publicly.

How long does the test take to complete?
A:
We designed it to be completed in under 5 minutes. But the more serious consideration and reflection you give to each answer, the more likely it is the customized report will be accurate and helpful to you.

What areas does the test cover?
A:
The test broadly evaluates a multitude of facets surrounding (1) the mindset required to succeed; (2) client coaching skills; (3) the business and marketing skills required to succeed; (4) your financial plan to accomplish your coaching goals.

How do you store my answers and protect my privacy?
A:
The test requires cookies and JavaScript to be enabled in your browser in order to pass your answers from page to page, and to ensure we present you with the right information when you return to the website later on.
